Arrival Story:
Eeyore was a part of a litter that was brought into the SPCA shelter that I worked at. The litter was not eating much, so they needed someone to bottle feed them for the next few days. My boss immediately looked at me. I agreed and took them home. For the first few nights the four of them stayed in the carrier, after that I set them up in my bathroom. After the first week, two of the kitties (Midnight and Baby) passed away. During the second week Gracey Lou passed on. I was determined to make sure that Eeyore lived. After consulting with my boss and one of the vets at work, we decided that Eeyore probably had a intestinal infection so we put him on antiboitics for 2 weeks. Sure enough within the first few days he started looking much better. He started playing around with my 18lb cat Doggie. Shortly there after I knew that there was no way that I could live without him. I got my husband's approval and then filled out his paper work and as of Jan 10, 2005 he was mine. He is my little doodle bug and I love him.
