Arrival Story:
Bog was found at a dumpster with 2 brothers and a sister. He's named for the Harry Potter character, a demon that manifests as a person's greatest fear. Bog was so wild when he was caught that I thought I wouldn't be able to tame him - my greatest fear is having a baby I can't help.

Bio:
Boggart was caught a day later than his siblings, who spent their first night in a large dog crate to keep them safe from my other cats. He didn't get along with the other 3, and when he was put in the crate with them, he went nuts. I had to put him back in the carrier until he could be checked out by a vet. When they were all declared healthy, the others were allowed out of the crate and Bog went in. He was so skittish I was afraid to let him out until I could tame him, for fear he would just run away. I was patient and determined, and he stopped cowering when I fed him after a couple of days. After 5 days in the crate watching his siblings play without him, he started climbing the walls. I told him he could come out when he would let me pet him. I sat down on the floor and opened the crate door. He came up and let me pet him, so I kept my word and let him out. Within a few days he was coming up for brief petting, and now I can't get him to leave me alone. He's still not a snuggler, but he LOVES his rubs!
