After more than a year of grieving my little girl Chloe, I knew it was time to rescue a new kitten. I found a listing about how a woman took in a few kittens who were left for dead near a creek near her house. I called her and went to visit Henry and fell in love with him and knew he "was the one" to join the family. He is such a delight, an adventurer, a cuddler, and a loverboy. So adorable and wonderful!

Well, its been almost a year since I have been diagnosed with HCM - hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. It is has been a hard year, especially on my mommy. Thankfully, Dr. Metzler and Dr. Sheehan has helped me with some medicine and I feel fine and I'm going to make this the best Christmas ever! My mommy deserves a very special Christmas present...I think I am going to get her a ball full of catnip! No, wait, that is for me! There will be lots of lovins' and hugs for my mommy this holiday season. I love her so much. Happy Holidays to everyone!

So, I just had my second birthday party and it was so much fun. I got so many good gifts from mommy, daddy and mommom. I got this really cool tunnel to crawl and play in and want to know the best part? It makes a lot of noise, crunchy noise, when I crawl in! And I got this toy that looks like a dynamite stick and it is loaded with my favorite herb, catnip! I am just so excited and I am the luckiest kitty in the world. Thanks to everyone....meowzers!

It's been almost two months now that I am living with mommy and daddy. They were so gracious to adopt me and I love getting all of this love, food, water, toys...whenever I need it! I am starting to grow up a bit...teething, exploring, being uber curious....I heard mommy talking about a Christmas tree. I wonder if there will be a real tree in the house this year? Oh my, I can't wait. I think I may have to conquer this tree with an expedition of exploration to the fullest extent! I hope mommy and daddy don't get mad at me ;-) I'm too cute for that...
