Orange Tabby

His big brother Mikey and his mom of course.

Loud noises make him jumpy.

Favorite Toy:
Pouncing his Mikey.

Favorite Nap Spot:
Anywhere...I even caught him napping inside a folded patio chair. He also loves curling up in the same bed with his Mikey.

Favorite Food:
Hes exactly like his Mikey, he will eat anything before it eats him.

The ability to get along with any and all cats. He loves another cat more than he will ever love a human.

Arrival Story:
My other cat Mikey went hunting one afternoon. I called him home for dinner, and he came home with a tiny orange kitten swinging from his mouth. At first I was very upset because normally a tomcat will kill a kitten, so I thought he had killed this kitten and brought it home as a present to show me what he did. I picked up the tiny kitten, and it was so small it fit in the palm of my hand. Yet no sooner had I realized this, the kitten suddenly snapped out if its trance and with a scream and teeth and claws shashing, it went for my face. I managed to get control of the kitten, but it caught me off guard that this tiny orange fluffball would suddenly turn demonic. Thats the story of how he got his name Dante which is Latin for "demon child". Once he got used to people, however, he turned into a sweet little cat with a great personality and now Mikey and Dante are like brothers...totally inseperable.

I tried to find out if he had a home before we decided to keep him. I set out fliers all over the neighborhood and put an ad in the paper but got no response. After a month of searching I realized that Dante and Mikey were so bonded by then it would be cruel to seperate them. I think Mikey wanted a companion cat, and he chose his companion for himself and wouldn't hear a word against it. He has an unusual mackeral pattern that looks like rosettes on a Bengal. He also has the Bengal "radar ears", the round wild-looking eyes, and the face shape of a Bengal. He is also very high energy and will pounce a leaf in the grass. He also doesn't particularly mind getting part way in the water. If thats true, hes only a Bengal "mutt" lol.
