Arrival Story: I was found with two littermates. They were big. I was very small. We all had fleas but my bro and sis were only slightly anemic and still active with nice furs. I was threadbare, very anemic, full of scabs, double the fleas, dehydrated and only weighed 13 oz. My bro and sis weighed about 2 pounds.
I couldn't play. Didn't want to eat and couldn't purr...
I was reaaaaly homely and looked like an ugly bug.
So my name is Bug (but I'm getting prettier now).
Bio: I got better with supportive care. After more than a week, I finally I purred then the next day I even played a little and ate by myself. The next day HALLOWEEN I felt well enough to wear a costume at my mommy's job.
I've gained weight but I'm still a little girl.
Some of my wild hairs are longish.
I need to grow in some more hairs.
Mom sure wasn't looking for a gray female with long hairs sticking out all over...I was meant to be just a foster.
I sure worked my way in.
Mom's good friend lost her kitty of 16 years and was very sad. When she decided to open her broken heart to another kitty, mom thought I would be a great match. I'm still young and not co-dependant on mom (ima big girl now).
After a trial run, I have settled into a new home just outside of town ( just up the road) and I'm in contact with my first mom (of course).
I'm indoors only and I have a nice rural home with birds and trees.
My first mom is very happy tho it was difficult at first to let me go.
But I'm right up the road mol!
