Arrival Story:
After loosing 2 cats in a house fire, I was reluctant to get a new cat. So the first time I went to the local WAIF cattery here in Freeland WA, I didn't expect to find anything. Nutmeg was the first cat I saw in the window as I was waiting for them to open. When I went inside there was about 15 cats. I never really looked at any others, I felt a connection with Nutmeg that I couldn't describe. I took him into the little play area, and really couldn't put him down. When he started to lick my face, I cried, knowing he was the one for me. He went home with me that day. And has bonded with me to be my trusted companion and emotional support.

I was adopted from WAIF ( http://www.waifanimals.org/ ) back in May. Since then I have come to love the household that I live in and take great care to love and lick everyone.

my humans have nicknamed me " kitty loaf " because I resemble a round loaf of bread when I lay around. Silly of them, but it's either that or having to listen to " Spud " or " 'Tater "
