I still was not feeling well on Friday morning. I had another round of the runs and throwing up. I am not sick every day; just about every 4 or 5 days or so. So it was back to the vet for me. The doctor did an x-ray to make sure that I did not have any obstructions and they also did bloodwork. I posted a picture tonight of my neck...it look like I nicked myself shaving! But it was really those vet office vampires.

Mom also sent in a stool sample. It was in a cool-whip container; sure hope that they put it in the proper refrigerator!

We won't have the result to the sample or the bloodwork till Monday afternoon. For now the doctor but me on metronidazole and told Mom to give me a bland diet.

By last night, I felt good and was playing and purring and feeling like my good old self. Today too.

Please purr that they figure out what is wrong. Mom worries to much about the unknown! I'll let you know on Monday what we find out!

Oh sorry to hear that nasty sickey feeling is bothering you off and on, feel better my friend purring they figure out what is out with your body. Moma sure understands why your mom is worried, she is so worried for me know and she keeps poking food at me.

Poor Ivan. I hopes youse feelin better soon. I's lucky I nefur been sick like you. I on'y haved a eye 'fection one time an' I haved my "gurlie" surgery. If I gets sick, I don' knows what Jen do--prolly worries like yer mama.

Ivan,
You are such a young boycat, but I am wondering if you have a food allergy? Our cousincat does, and she must be on food that does not contain certain ingredients. Her mom found out by having an allergy panel done, and also, process of elimination.
She was told by her vet that some cats don't tolerate certain foods. She was put on a venision and rabbit based diet and my gosh, how things changed. I believe they used Natural Balance.

I'm not sure at all that's what you have...I throw up when I have certain things...wheat gluten is my trigger. As it appears is anything with wheat.

Ivan, you've got to stay positive for your Mom. We love you guys so much and your Mom has got a lot of worry to worry about already.

Can due buddy N de blessings oh st francis two ewe az well.....we hope ya iz knot eatin sumthin bad...tho it wood bee good ta noe if ya just cant handle a sir tin food anymor..
may bee thatz givin ewe de runs N if ewe iz eatin two fast that can make ya hurl.....purrhaps ya knead ta start eatin outta a "slow down" dish...??
