Arrival Story:
A co-worker's cat had a litter; I happen to walk by the reception area of our office and see pictures of kittens on the counter. Before I knew it, the co-worker was around the corner asking if I was interested in taking her home. I wasn't sure, but as soon as he sent me an additional digital picture of her, I was sold. She came to us at the end of November 2003 and has been a member of the family ever since.

Bio:
I originally thought she was a male (she's very hairy!!). We picked out the name "Ares", the Greek God of War, which seemed fitting considering how adventurous the kitten was. Well, a trip to the vet two weeks later confirmed that yep, our baby boy was actually a girl!! And though she is mixed breed, I am convinced her heritage is a Maine Coon. She has matching physical features and personality characteristics.
