Age brings wisdom

I'm still playful I think, but the kittens make me feel so old. Even reading my old diary entry makes me feel old. My goodness. Who knew. I know that they have broken me, my heart isn't into swatting at them, they seem so.... LITTLE! I guess I have a greater appreciation for Kira and how much she put up with when I was still... a bit... of a babycat. Not any more. I'm a grown up now, I just have to show these kittens who is boss.

Today I went I had the best time running around. I started bugging kira , but she was being grouchy, AS USUAL!!!! But whatever. I was trying to find someone to change the litter box becuase as usual, they did not clean it immediately, what is up with that? I can't stand when it's dirty, I'm expected to use that? The only thing that I've really enjoyed so far is that water dish thing that one of the humans bought for me, kira seems to really like that scratching post but I by far prefer the couch, it's more textured. I take care of my nails regularly, so I need something a bit better than just a "scratching post" if it's meant for that purpose, It's not going to be good enough for me, as i always say. I have a refined taste in many things that they just don't seem to appreciate. I'm not just like all the other cats, I am unique! But anyways, I hear that they are cleaning stuff up for me now, so I better keep an eye on what's going on!
