Arrival Story: NOTE!! I did NOT go looking for a Kitty who looked like Patches, she found ME~~
Smudge is a semi~feral Kitty, who was dumped-off at the trailer park, where my sister and I live. about three months ago, she had a litter of 5 kittens, under my sister's storage shed, and sister's boyfriend's dog, unfortunately, killed two of the kittens, before they could stop her. The other 3 were adopted & fostered, along with Smudge, and then she was tossed-out, to fend for herself, again. She immediately, of course, became an "Unwed Teen Mother" for the second time. She had the litter, about a week ago, and "Uno" was the only survivor. (WRONG!!) We thought there may have been two more kittens, but this was the only one she moved to a "safe" place, and I was able to easily access its location, and rescue it. Then, another neighbor and I caught Smudge, and placed her with her baby, and both are happy, now.
UPDATE!!!!
The neighborhood kids found 5 more of her kittens, under an old chair, across the street! Now she has all 6 babies! Talk about an "Instant" family! I now have 11 cats, all of a sudden!

MOL! Now I need to add the picture of all six babies! This is all too funny~ and wonderful, that they all survived, for over 24 hrs with no Mommy. One of the kittens had actually crawled almost out to the street! at only one week of age! They are all very hungry!

I've Been On Catster Since:
Last night, Momma Carol turned the big box over, on its side, so my babies could get out, and explore a "slightly larger world" (the entire bathroom)
Some of them were 'tall enough', to get a paw~hold, on the top edge, and climb out, and it was not "fair" to those who were "too short", so Momma just decided to help them out.
Already, they are almost 4 weeks old, and they are starting to run & play!
And what's really "amazing", is the way they just figured out "what~to~do", in the litterbox~!! They are so AWESOME!!
And what's also really nice, is that Momma's Sister & Friend have been trying really hard, to help find good homes for them; already, three of them have "potential" homes! So things are going very well, in "that" department! I sure hope all of them get good homes!
WOW~EE!!!
I am just "new" here, at Catster, and already, I have made so many nice Friends, and now I get picked for the Daily Diary Pick (along with so many other "deserving" kitties!)!!!
Momma found out, quite by "accident"; she did not open her "regular" mail, only her yahoo, mail, and the Catster paw-mails do not go to this address...she just signed in to Catster, and found out, that way!
So I guess I will get some "extra" Treats, today!

Ooooh I am a little Toughie!!!
This morning, Momma was giving all of us "Snacky~Treats", of which I gobbled mine down, without even chewing them, they are so Yummy!
Then the big, white & gray BoyKitty, "Junior" came over near Momma, and Momma was giving him some treats, and like a little "tornado", I came out of "nowhere"and got all "Up in his face" and he tumbled off the table backwards, and ran back to the bedroom, and Momma said he hid under the bed, even!
Imagine "Me" a tiny little thing, beating up Big Junior!!!
But remember, I have Babies to protect!
(In Junior's defense, he was nowhere "near" the kittens!) Smudge is just trying to "establish" herself...So far, the only ones she has not "scrapped" with, is Chloe & Casper; she took Moochy on, for getting close to the bathroom door, the other night. Poor Moochy is declawed, so she only has her fur & teeth as her "defenses"...
