Arrival Story:
My brother in law is a cop in Benicia and when making a bust in a high crime spot he heard lil meows. He went back later to investigate and arrested Domino a lil kitty who got mixed up with the wrong crowd but the only crime she's guilty of is being super cute (other than terrorizing my other cat and tearing up my hands). There's a surveillance tape of her abandonment with a bunch of sisters and brothers. Sadly there were no other survivors.
