Arrival Story:
i went to petsmart on adoption day with my friend to pick up her new puppy, and got sucked into the cat room. i almost adopted a kitten, but she clawed my friend, so i remembered why i couldn't handle a kitten. cashmere was a few cages down, 7 or 8 years old, shy and her name was michelle, like my youngest sister ( i had to change her name because it was too weird). also, she is the softest short hair i have ever felt, hence cashmere. so i decided to save her, and after a few hours under my bed, she has been my shadow ever since.

Bio:
cashmere refuses to leave my side, and so when she wakes up in the morning, i have to wake up to take her downstairs to her food dish. she likes to wake me up by shredding any papers i leave lying around, clawing the carpet near the door, and/or purring in my face. also, she likes to eat everything i have, even weird stuff like wheat thins, toaster streudels, beans . . . though she much prefers cheetos, doritos and seafood
