Favorite Toy: Anything that he can capture or pounce on...a toy mouse, a ball, any dangly toys, etc.
Favorite Nap Spot: The top of the DVR or the bedroom window sill.
Favorite Food: Anything! He was so skinny when we took him in.
Skills: He, like Capone, can open and close cabinet doors. But he likes to hang out inside the cabinet and take everything out.
Arrival Story: I was touched by a photo I saw of a found kitty. I contacted the lady who had him and she said he had been in her yard for about three weeks and she was trying to find him a new home as she couldn't find his original owners. She explained that he had been abused or tortured (he had cuts all over his head and around his neck like he had had a rope around his neck). I immediately said I would take him.
Bio: Kismet is definitely a "tom cat" and it was hard to get him to realize that indoors was a better place for him to be. The other thing that amazes me is that he is completely deaf and yet, he copes so well. He is now happily living the life of a protected and very loved indoor cat. He hasn't tried to get out of the house for weeks now. Seeing his picture was "kismet"!
