Indoor Living

I've adjusted to living in the house now and I am so happy and much warmer. I can tell when the dogs are locked up and I go see my mommy and Gina LeBelle. My mommy puts food and water up on the counter and a litter box by the door so I have everything I need but I wish I had more time with people. I love people :::purr:::

I am still not sure about those bigs dogs though and I hide during the sun hours. Some people came over that wanted to see me but I wouldn't come out. I hid behind the sewing machine table where it was safe. I'd really love to have a home where I didn't have to be afraid.

Transition

The sunroom isn't heated so my mom is trying to keep me in the house full -time. I guess she doesn't want me to get too cold but I'm spending all day under a shelf in the corner of the living room. It's ok, I sleep all day and while the dogs are sleeping at night I get to explore. Mom takes the time to check on me when she is able to and I love it :::purrrrrr::: I'm just not sure about those big dogs. They are so un-dignified!

My First Diary Entry

Mmmm, I don't know which I love more - sleeping in the sun or being petted. Each in it's own time, I guess. ::::stretch:::: And then there's catnip...

Don't you just love it when a human runs their hand down your back? :::purrrrrr::: It feels so good! I just want to roll over and have them rub me all over. Oh, scratch my ears! That's nice.

I love this home but I don't get enough people time. I have to stay in the sunroom because of the big dogs. They aren't so scary but I like my peace and quiet. The little dog (or is that a funny looking cat?) is ok. I'll share my blanket with her when she's calm but I won't rub on her like Gina LeBelle does. I don't mind other cats at all as long as they don't mind me.

It would be great to spend hours stretched out in someone's lap, sleeping and being loved. Do you have a home that needs a little more love?
