A long adventure.

When I Fly

When I get to the Rainbow Bridge

I hope that I will find.

The kitty I once loved

Who left me and you behind.

Some left as an Olde Furt here,

Some left as a little Babe.

Without the chance to say goodbye,

As I roamed and played.

Gone before I could even

Cry myself to sleep.

Grief hit me hard

As memories I had to keep.

There's a special place for me,

It's called the Rainbow Bridge,

A beautiful place where I can share

With the adults and the kids.

Across the clouds and the rainbow,

Where my wings will fly,

Is where I'll be going when

This Olde Furt will die,

Is where I'll find my dear friends,

My lovers and my family.

In my arms where they belong

For all eternity.

In the beginning...

I was only about a month old when this man took me away from a house full of cats. This one cat wouldn't leave me alone, so I was so happy to get outta there. The man brought me to his house and there I met a woman which they both turned out to be my guardians. I would curl up under who later I call mommy's neck and go to sleep. I had a Sheltie (dog) for a sister, she was missing her hubby Foxy cause he'd just passed away a few weeks prior to my arrival. But after a few weeks we grew to know and love each other. I'll tell you more later in another entry. I am 20 years old this month (Oct) and it's been a great life, no complaints. I've lived in 5 different houses and adjusted pretty well each time. My mommy and daddy love me and I love them.
