indoors Arrival Story: A co-worker's husband noticed a tiny little kitten, no more than 8 weeks old, almost hidden in the tall grass of their front yard as he nearly mowed her over on a riding mower. No one can say how she managed to get into the yard as they live in the country an have few immediate neighbors. She was the only kitten in the yard as my friend and her husband searched for others. Anyhow, being the slick character my friend is, she shows me a photo at work that reminded me so much of a photo I have of Molokai, that I couldn't say no. I had been made of steel saying no to kittens all summer until that fateful day. ;) Bio: Mele's full name, Kamali'i wahine Mele Koa, means Princess Mele of Warriors. It's an Hawaiian name in tribute to Molokai.
