Arrival Story:
My ex and I already had Jonas, whom we thought, at that time, was a male tabby. We wanted another kitten, but not another male tabby. Corky was the only male tabby kitten at the pound, and the only cat who INSISTED I look at him! He clawed up the wire cage and screamed at me until I took him out, and then responded to me right away. When I put him back, he started yelling at me again and practically shaking the bars, so I couldn't leave him. He must have seen the big S on my forehead that's visible only to cats and stands for "Sucker"! Anyway, I took him home, and you would think he and Jonas are litter-mates, they look so much alike.

Bio:
My Mr. Fuzzytum has been missing now for at least 4 days. I was out of town and returned to find that no one has seen him since 2/1/07. It rained last night, is raining now, and there is still no trace of him. I live in a rural area, and chances are he is dead. I'll continue to hold out hope as long as I can, but it's not his style not to answer when I call, to stray far from home, or to be out in the rain. 2/19/07: There have been a couple of dubious sightings, which I have pursued, but otherwise there is no sign of him. I must now presume him dead. This is very rough country for a homebody like Corky to be roaming for nearly 3 weeks. I am sure if he could get home, he would have come home by now. RIP, my sweet little guy. I miss you so much.
