Arrival Story:
We adopted Tiggy at an animal shelter. I had my eye on another kitten and had decided on him when my husband tapped me on the shoulder and pointed toward Tiggy and said "That one hasn't stopped trying to get your attention since we got here." Sure enough he was jumping and prancing around trying to get some acknowledgement. I picked him up and he instantly brushed his nose to mine..thats when I knew he was my cat, I usually have to train my cats to "kiss" like that but he did it on his own.

A Day In The Life of The "Tigster"


The OTHER cat!!!

I can recall a time, around a year ago, when I was the only fur child. Life was so simple then, all laps belonged to me, if at any time baby talk was being spoken, I knew it was at me. Now, not so simple.
He stormed in MY front door after spying at us for about 30 minutes straight. And THEY let him in. It was those shiny, green eyes. I know this because I heard my momma bragging about them. She used to brag about mine all the time and how they are the same exact shade of my coat, but now Mr. Green Eyes is something wonderful.
It wouldn't be so bad if he'd ease up on momma time. I want to sit in the lap too, and whenever I get my lap time, he always stands there whinning until she holds both of us. I always snap at him and jump down...there is NO WAY I am sharing my lap time with that spy.
I do kinda admit, he is a little fun to play with. And he has gotten better at wrestling but my back leg punches gets him everytime. And it was him that always jumps on the counter to push the food down for me. And as much as I hate to admit it, I do sorta miss him when he goes outside. Maybe it's not so bad after all. He is kinda cool, but I still refuse to share my momma time with him.
