indoors Arrival Story: We adopted Mariah from our local shelter on Sept. 5, 2009. The first few days, we didn't see much of her because she was scared and hid under the couch. A few days and she started coming out more often and stayed out with us for longer times. She only goes under the couch if strangers visit or if we are using the vacuum.
