Face was the protector. Noone messed with his brother, Trouble, when he was around.

Arrival Story:
Face was Trouble's brother. We actually picked Trouble, but when he was too scared to come out of hiding after we brought him home, we brought Face over for a bit to help Trouble feel more comfortable. It helped, but after the couple days it took for Trouble to come out of his shell I had fallen in love with Face as well, and kept them both.

Bio:
Trouble and Face were the closest brothers I have ever known, human or animal. When Face left us, Trouble was so heartbroke that he almost died as well. He lived in a basket for a few days, until he regained his strength. He wasn't himself for about 2 months or so, weak and skinny, as though he'd lost the will to live. At the time, we were unaware of Face's death (he vanished for about 2-3 months, then was found dead on the side of the road) and what was causing Trouble to act this way. Then he befriended the neighbor's new kitten and started the long road to recovery. He is now bigger and healthier than he has ever been!
