Torties can be feisty. There is this saying about the tortie attitude MOL. I'm as nice as pie most of the time as long as you don't cross me. MOL. That is when I have to have flea treatment put on my neck, or if the vet does something I don't like. BOY!!!! can I turn feral. When she turns 1 and finds herself You never know, especially if she remembers the little kiddies. That tortitude may surface. In my defence I have to say I have been treated like a princess, but fur mum and my brother D play rough with me. I don't like it, I'm a lady. Now that I'm grown up things are done on my terms now. I love cuddles but on my terms, when I chose. It maybe for the best as it may have upset the lovely cuddly balance of Teddy Milo and Ollie. That is too sad to hear...you get your heart ready and prepared and then to hear it will have to be forced to stay empty in that place. Purrs to all of you about this, and big hugs, too. We feel shortchanged...and don't even want to think how you must be feeling. Purrhaps you can find out who 'this girl' is, and check on things to make sure she knows how to look after a kitty and let her know that you will keep a corner open in your hearts and furmily if that need would arise. See, the neighbors are new to this country and they hardly speak English.So as you can imagine it's difficult to communicate. I wish we had waited a little longer before telling you about Katerina. After we talked yesterday Mom took a nap cause she's battling an ear infection and when she finally woke up it was party time. We are deeply saddened by this. We know your Mom wants a new kit more than anything and is just not been able too. The emotional roller coaster of all of this is got to be rough on her. You know you have our shoulder anytime you need it. Dad told Mom last night she could get Forrest G, then he stepped in Zoe's pee spot in the bathroom this morning! Way to go Zoe, you just killed that! Mom will keep working on him. The thing is, she very well won't be able to adopt him either and that saddens her. Love you guys always, Zach, Zoe and Chris We are so so sorry to hear this : ( Our purrs are with your mom. We know you will take good care of her. Oh, Milo and Teddy and your Mom - we are so sorry! It seemed like such a good thing, but now we can only hope that somehow it will work out as it should. Let us know if there are further developments. It doesn't sound as if the "friend" entirely knows her own mind. We are furry sorry to hear about all of this...what an emotional few days. We are furry sorry to hear you almost had a tortie sisfur and purr she will be taken care of and loved. May purrs to your mommy too who is sad, so you boys be good to her. Ah! I am so sorry. It is so easy to get attached to a little kitten. That was so sad. |
