I adopted Rex from the Las Vegas humane society. He was eight weeks old. He was born to a feral mother and was trapped by a volunteer for the humane society.He got sick right after I brought him home. My vet diagnosed Rex with eye herpes. He gets eye medication which keeps the herpes away. He is my alpha boy and he is a real charmer. He gives me love sessions when he feels like it.

Time sure flies I can't believe I am six years old today. The pawty is just getting started. Come on over and we'll eat lots of cuppycakes and celebrate. Thank you to all my friends who sent me pawmails, left comments and gifties. I'm lucky to have such great friends.

Last night we got the zoomies real bad. We were chasing each other and having a great time. Momcat was asleep in bed. We chased each other over the bed, pounced on the headboard and knocked the fan over. That skeered us so one of us landed on momcat's face. She woke up bleeding and ran to the bathroom. She has two nice gashes on her right cheek. One is small, one is about 2 inches long. She got the bleeding to stop and held a cold rag to her cheek so it wouldn't swell much. Her check is only swollen a little and not too red. The wounds are starting to scab. We felt so bad, we watched her all night. Every time she opened an eye she saw us staring at her. She slept on the couch after that. I layed on the top of the couch and watched her all night long.
