My New Home...

My New Home...

It has been 55 days now since I was caught, deflea'ed, de-wormed and medicine put in my eye for my eye infection. i was only suppose to stay maybe a week as a foster kitty. But all the rescue shelters were full and there were no other foster homes for me to go to. After a week of being sheltered away from the rest of the family...and the 2 adult cats, the human mommy let me out to roam the house. I was so happy. The male cat became my new guardian. He watched over me, cleaned me and taught me the "Do's" and "Don'ts" of the house. His name is Babyboy. The female cat "Muffin" wasn't so kind. it took a month of her hissing, growling and snarling at me before she would have anything to do with me. she tolorates me...but still on occassions will hiss at me if it's not on her terms. I now can sleep in the human mommys bed with muffin and mommy without getting hissed at. and today the human mommy caught muffin cleaning me. it was so nice cause i have been begging muffin to give me a chance. i chase this 20lb cat around the house and she chases me. when the human mommy saw how happy Babyboy was to have me here that is when they said " I have a New Home!" Now they are talking about taking me to this place called the vet for my first set of shots and to get spayed...what ever that means. I am so happy my new home has other cats...cause i really do miss my feral family and my siblings. once in awhile when Babyboy is giving me a bath i try to nurse on him cause i miss my kitty mommy too. But i am happy here. I have lots of toys and can play all day and night. and i get spoiled here as well.
