Thank you for remembering me on my Gotcha Day. Four years ago Mom found me at the back of her garage on a chilly December day, and I’ve been warm and loved ever since then. It was a lucky day.
Leave A Comment | 16 people already have Happy Gotcha Day, Nadia! We hope your Mom doesn't feel guilty, because she shouldn't. One needs to step away sometimes, to regroup as it were. Sending her lots of hugs and meezer purrs... That kitty dude looks so cute! We like his name, but Andante is a musical term for a slower walking speed/tempo...it sounds like maybe he needs to have a name like Vivace, which means very fast, or Scherzo which sort of means playful. We hope it works out! Purrs! I noticed you haven't been 'round but kinda figgered is cuz a alla sad feelings fur Gump. I unnerstand. NOW, 'bout the new lil mons'er. I 'memmer those days with Novi. He gots better. It taked a long time. He don' jump on me so mush and sumtimes I efun kitty wrassles with him. Too bad you don' hasa doggy fur him to play with. Lil Bear he'ped lots by playin' with Novi and wearin' him out. Happy Gotcha Day! Da new guy is cute, but he needs to stop jumping on you. I've got a giant 2 1/2 year old cat around here who does that - it's not fun. Nadi, good to hear from you! Yeah, the Little Guy looks like a handful to me! Ingen is right, though, they do eventually settle down...some. Fearless is tolerable now - MOL! What a cute little guy! I personally like the name Monster! Did you know you got yourself a Maine Coon there? He'll settle down. I was a holy terror when mommy first got me too. Glad to see you back, even if it is temporarily. We understand though. Love you guys. Hi kitties! Hi WeBees, you know what? Vivace was the name of the last kitten Mom couldn't remember. She knew it was a 'V' name, but she couldn't quite remember it. The little guy did fit Andante at first, but that all changed! He's definitely Vivace or Scherzo now. Love Scherzo! Mom will call him that as a nickname! Hi Ingen, Jezebel, Sleeper, Monster and Finney. Yeah, he has that Maine Cooney look fur sure. xox :) We have missed seeing you, but sometimes we need to step away from things. Hope all works out with the new little mite. You could just see the mischievousness in his little face. We send our thoughts to all of you & extra hugs to your momma. ps, momma thinks about Gumpy & your momma every time Smitty gets the slippery elm powder. Well, Nadi, we got the White Tornado here, and he's got mommy wrapped around his little paw. He can be a holy terror, and he still sometimes sneaks up and bites me when I am SLEEPING!!! Mommy hates that because it's SO UNFAIR. If she loves up on him regularly he will be a good boy, but if she's busy and can't give him attention, THAT'S when he's bad. Mommy loves the two names WeBees mentioned and might use them if she ever gets to name one. Snow and I both came with names already. Snow doesn't know his name anyway, because it sounds too much like NO, which is a word he is finally started to know at 1 and a half years old!! YAY! Pawsome to hear from you Nadi! Little Guy is super cute! Sammy and I were about 3 months old when we joined our family almost 3 years ago and Mom was tearing her hair out those first 4-5 months. We were Holy Terrors when we were little and Mom thought, oh no, what have I done? Sammy was chewing on wires and doing all sorts of bad stuff. We had the zoomies like crazy and ran all over the house in the middle of the night. Things will get better, just ask my Mom! Mom is partial to the name Luca, she calls Luke that name sometimes. Bodhi is also a cute name. I hope he gets his own Catster page soon, he takes great photos! Love, Natasha ((((hugs)))) what a beautiful little kitty :) Your little brother is cute. I sure hope he feels better soon. Maybe another kitten will take the pressure off you ;) They can wrestle each other and you can sit on the condo and laugh at how funny kittens are. Funny about Snow sounding like NO. Little fella does sneak up on me when I'm sleeping, too! Hi Natasha, Mom had that same thought: what have I done?? He doesn't get up in the middle of the night, but he does really enjoy going after me...and he's rough. Hi Shadow :) Thank you for the kind words Molly. So true about feeling normal again.
