Arrival Story:
I was found by Bristol, VA Animal Control in April 2009 and taken to the shelter for Bristol VA/TN, Jones Animal Hospital. I was scheduled to be euthanized on 5/29 but Dr. Allen couldn't bring himself to do it, having just been through the death of my brother Willy. In dying, Willy saved my life. On June 3 I met Meowma and clung to her when they tried to take me back to the kennel. Meowma signed the adoption papers that day, and since I needed a little care, she waited and brought me home on June 5 to meet Isabella and Meowpa. I'm very happy here and have some major abandonment issues, but nothing a ride in the stroller won't cure. I am not only a very special boy but also a miracle boy and saving my life was Angel Willy's first good deed from the Bridge.

Today Mommy learned that 30,000 kitties and doggies are euthanized every day in U.S. shelters because they have no place to go. Please, spay and neuter! 11 million lives a year- what a waste!
