Our Catster email has not been working for a long time.
We have been patient.
We have emailed HQ.
We missed major milestones, gifts, etc.
We are done.
Too tired to fight anymore.
I hope you're not leaving Catster for good. I don't know why HQ can't get things working for everyone. We've been sending/receiving emails without any problems, but we've heard of others who've also had problems with it. A lot of Catster pawrents now post pics/updates on Facebook.
About 2 years ago, many of us solved these kinds of problems by switching to a Firefox browser(find at Mozilla.com), or Google Chrome. You also really need to keep your Adobe Flash updated, because Catster relies heavily.
When we & all our furriends we're having these problems, many never came back, but to this day we miss some of them!
I'm glad we hung in there, but things got worse before they got better, now we love SAYmedia. But if you are CatsterPlus, please keep fighting!
We had asked Watch Cat to check out what your trouble might have been...they said the techno kitties were working on it.
Did they evfur get back with you?
Once we too were having a ton of issues, so we changed our email...that didn't help at all, but when we changed back to the original...and rechecked all the same boxes as before, it was like evfurrything refreshed and it works just fine now. We use Firefox.
We sure would hate to see you leave...sniff...

Hey friends. We sure have not had any solutions or help from HQ. It has been over 2 months now.
But...just hang in there and take a long nap like Rip Van Winkle or something...eventually it might work...or send them a message over and over until they just have to fix it to get rid of the pestering, MOL! You know about the squeaky wheel...
