Like usual, I was being my cute little self and being nice to Lobo. I was rubbing up against him and rolling around at his feet. Well, the big klutz wasn't paying attention to me. He was watching Mom who was throwing popcorn for him as a treat. Well, all of a sudden, I meowed. Not loud, or distressed or anything. Just a meow saying, "Hey!" They both ignored me. I meowed again, about the same volume. Lobo ignored me but Mom looked over and saw that he was stepping on my tail!!! I was laying on my back and being all cute and his big fat front paw was on the last inch of my tail! I meowed again, a bit louder this time. Like, "HEY! Get off my tail!" Mom finally got up to help, but I by then pulled my tail out by myself since Lobo wasn't taking the hint. I came back right away to cuddle with Lobo some more while Mom explained to me that he is now quite deaf and for sure did not hear me meowing or he would have gotten off my tail. She said I should have tapped his leg with my paw and he would have stepped off right away.
That is a cute tail, Kitcat, MOL!
Your Mom was encouraging a minor smacky paw?? MOL!
Hi Minko! I wouldn't have had to smack him because if you just lightly touch Lobo's feet, he moves. He hates having his feet touched. You should see how hard it was for Mom to remove cacti pricklies from his feet. Very tough job.
You are a good sister for being gentle with Lobo and not getting cross!
Thank you Hilda! I love my big dog Lobo. He had no idea that he was stepping on my tail.
Awww, you're a sweetie. I don't think I'd be too nice to a dog stepping on my tail.
Wasn't there a song about that? "HEY! YOU! Get off of my tail!"
You're a good girl, Kitcat.
Good one Beepers! Hi Jezebel! I make it hard for Lobo not to step on my tail as I am always hanging around him.
Oh I bet that hurt, I don't know what I would do cause I don't have a tail, but good going trying to get him off of your tail...
Why do you keep them around? MOL
Hey Sparky! He gives me back massages by grooming me with his little flea bites. He is a good boy, I think we'll keep him!
Princess Tu Two! It didn't hurt because it was on carpet and my tail must have been between his toes. I just barely noticed and was trying to tell him but he couldn't hear me!
That is funny Kitcat! He musn't of been stepping on it much, or maybe he'd have felt it under his foot, and realized, and then moved away. He sounds like a good doggy.
You are right Mugsy! My tail was pretty well between his toes but the fur on my tailed was pinned down.
He is a good doggy and I love him lots.
