I been around this place fur a while now. I've seen my sisfurs being put into cages and going away, then coming home--ANGRY!!!
Well, today it was ME! I was the one put into a cage and taken away. NOW I KNOW WHY THEY COME HOME MAD!!!
There I was lazing on my chair not bothering anyone. Suddenly Jen picks me up and puts me in a cage. WHAT'S THIS? WHAT IS GOING ON? Are you sure you got the right one? I don't go in a cage? I was so shocked and confused I didn't efun fight. Next thing she puts me in the truck and we're off. "Jen, are you sure this is right?" I meowed. Jen answered "Yep, it's your turn Big Boy." So, I sat quietly and went along fur the ride. After driving fur furever (seemed like it to me), we finally stop and she takes me out of the truck. I'm still in a cage but at least we're not driving anymore.
She puts me on a table and opens the door to my cage. "UH UH, I'm not getting out. I'm fine right here. THIS PLACE STINKS!!!" Jen gets me out of the cage. It's ok. The guy is talking to Jen and I'm just looking around the room (looking fur a place to hide). The guy leaves and then comes back with a lady. Well, you all know the drill. I was violated and felt up, all ofur. Then they leave. I'm thinking "ok, not bad. I can handle this". Then I was taken to the BACK ROOM! THIS IS NOT GOOD, I'm thinking. I'll admit it--I cried fur Jen to save me. (from Jen--I cried too.) They took some blood and got some pee out of me. We get the results tomorrow.
The vet says I'm ofurweight (Jen knows this and I have lost a little belly flab). I look good (Jen knows this too--I am a han'some Mr. Man).
You see, somecat is not always peeing in the litter box. Jen don't know whose responsible. She started with me cuz I hadn't been to the vet the longest and cuz I'm a boy. Shhhhhhh, don't tell Baby but she goes in 2 weeks when Jen gets paid again.
Jen's purty sure it's a "stress" thing but wants to make sure we are all healthy. Plus we are all ofurdue fur our vet visits.
After all that we finally came home. I have since furgiven Jen, or at least pretended to furgive her. She does have thumbs and I want to go outside.
THE BIG BOY
Glad to hear your V-E-T vistit wasn't horrible, and that it is all ofur now!! Now you don't need to worry about going there again, yippee! Concats on being so good!
The dreaded vet trip. I understand the humility, remember my gland problems.
I so can relate. I got scooped up and put in the car. What was worse, our small SUV thing daddy just got was hot and blowin hot air and daddy knew I just ated. I got sick to my stomach and made the rrrwwww rwwwwww rwwwwwww oghhhhhhh rrrrrrw! noise and upchucked. I then got poked and prodded.
Then I GOT A SHOT!
At least I'm home now. I'm glad you are too. Tell Jen you don't know who Sumcat is, but you'll tell her if you see them.
