Arrival Story:
I have never had a cat before, and at a time when I was going through a fairly significant depression, my therapist suggested it might be good for me to have a pet. At first I ignored her suggestion (I didn't have the energy to take care of myself, how could I handle a pet!?) but one day I started looking online, not expecting to actually adopt a cat. But I found Dylan's profile as part of a site for Angel's Wish, a cat rescue organization near where I live. I found myself going back to look at it over and over again, and the next thing I knew, I was calling and asking if I could adopt him. And though I NEVER thought of myself as a cat person, Dylan has become my sidekick and I couldn't imagine not having him around :)
Bio:
Dylan came to Angel's Wish as a stray kitten- at the time he was only 2.5 lbs and they estimated him to be about 2.5 months old. He was underweight, malnourished, and very sick, but he had a wonderful foster home and when he reached 6 months he was healthy enough for me to adopt.
