New Home

Well, I have been in my new home for almost a 3 weeks now. It was a timid and shy start and I was really scared. I hid underneath the bed at first and hissed and growled at this intimidating black cat. I then ran out and hid in the human's closet and finally came out after a day. I still hissed and growled at the black cat and wanted nothing to do with him. I didn't want to eat or touch anything at all. Mummy tried to bribe me with treats and I finally ate Temptations. My where they good. During the next several days I slowly started exploring and stopped hissing and growling and actually started eating. I kind of like the tripe in the morning and eat a bit of the raw food in the evening but I live for my Science Diet at night. I don't eat much because that black thing that is supposed to be my brother eats my food.

I have decided that I like chasing him and playing hide and seek. I also like the cat bed he never used. He sleeps in the human boys bed which is fine by me because I love my Mummy's bed.

We kind of play rough at times and Mummy gets mad at us but I would never hurt my Brother and he wouldn't hurt me. We both sit and stare out the patio window and watch the traffic and birds. He goes out on the balcony with supervision but I'm much to scared to attempt that yet.

I am waiting for the cat grass to grow on the balcony and hopefully Mummy will bring some in for me and not make me go out there to get it.

I can say that even though I loved my former Human that I am very happy and glad that I have found my forever home.

I adore my human boy more than anything and look forward to his arrival by waiting by the door.

What a cat life.
