Arrival Story:
In March of 2000, I decided that I wanted to get another kitten. I called all the shelters but there was no kittens. When I called the last shelter, I talked to an answering machine. Later that night the lady called me back. She said she just had one kitten that was unadoptable because they hadn't been able to socialize her. She had been rescued as a baby from living in a sewer After talking to her for 20 minutes she finally agreed to let me adopt Tabitha. It took along time to get Tabitha to trust and after about 2 months she was finally socialized. We still have a ways to go but Tabitha will let me know when she's ready for more

Tabitha is a black and brown classic Tabby, with big green eyes. She has 3 siblings, Samantha, Max and Boo.
