I saw an ad at the petstore and called the owner. The next day I began the complicated task of getting to the woman's place by bus. Eventually, I managed to get it sorted out, not by asking the staff at the bus company, but by asking a likely looking older man who seemed to live in the area.
Meja was sleepy so strangely enough, given that she's the shy one of the sisters, I was able to pick her up and hold her. Her sister Amaya wasn't sleepy enough to let herself be held for long. The following day Meja was rested enough to evade me. :) Now she's a little less shy and will let me touch her and sometimes hold her.
Bio:
Meja is a bit shy and prefers to keep her distance from visitors and sometimes even me. She and her sister Amaya love to play. They are all over the place. Meja also likes to splash water from the water dish. She's very protective of her youngest sister, Enya. When Enya had been scared, Meja went to her and washed her to try to calm her down.
