NAP

I had a really nice nap today. Mom was laying on the couch with a nice soft fleece blanket. She looked pretty comfy to me....but I thought, a really nice touch would be one, warm, fuzzy kitten on top. So I jumped up there and to my delight, she had another little blanket on top of her. That little blanket was just radiating heat! Wow!! I liked that a whole bunch! She told me that she would be glad to share her heating pad. Hm-mmm, heating pad. Well, that's what it is called! I would like one of those on the couch at night where I sleep. Suppose that could be arranged?
I laid down on it and purred myself to sleep. Mom turned it way down...she said she didn't want me to burn my tootsies. I slept there till I heard the doorbell ring and then I jumped up to see who was there. Dad said, "Dummy, that was on the TV." Shucks, I felt stupid. Okay, so I laid down again for another round. Talk about total comfort! Purr-rrr-rrrr-rr.....then something scared the wits out of me. I thought there was a bear in the house or a cougar screaming! It was horrifying!
I thought I should go hide then I realized....
Mom snores.
