Ya know, I am pretty used to Mawse giving me a bad time because I haven't got a tail....BUT....I really don't expect my own dear Daddy to do the same thing. I do not like it when Mawsie does it, but, for a grown up man to act like that is beyond me!
Mommie and Daddy were having spaghetti for supper tonight...smelled pretty good to me. So, I sat there being rather cute...if I do say so myself, hoping my cuteness would earn me a taste of that 'sketti stuff. I was being nice, not begging or anything. Just sitting there. Well, dear old Dad says,
"Hey, Dog, (He calls me that sometimes.) would you like to have some spaghetti"
"Well, as a matter of fact, I do," I said.
"Great," says Dad, "We'll tie a piece of it on your butt and that way it will look like you have a tail!"
Oh, cute.
Just what I needed...another smart a-aaa-um-mmm, aleck.
"Well, 'snort, I just walked away. I wouldn't have a bite of that stuff if my life depended on it. He might just take the rest of it and put it on the top of his head.....he's darn short of hair on top and it might help!
