I love tiny mouses! They are so much fun! I like the homegrown catnip Aunt Dee Dee gave me! Yummies!

On the bed with Mommie when she naps. That way I can get all the pets I need and then some. mommie is pretty handy sometimes.

I like chicken and raw hamburger bites. Mommie is pretty tight with them though.

Arrival Story:
This little girl showed up about four years ago, eating the bread we threw out for the birds. She came back once and then I didn't see her for a long time. She wanted affection just as much as the food we gave her...she would get so happy, she would "dance" thus, the name, Dancin' Girl!
The second day she came back, I decided to bring her in. It was in December and getting mighty cold outside. I kept her in the shop as the older cat does NOT like cats! Gradually we brought her in to introduce her to her Big Sister, who still hates her guts! She likes to irritate her and they both have hissy fits every now and then. But, she has now graduated to being a house cat and is quite comfortable with it! I finally found out that she belonged to a neighbor who had 11 outdoor cats and pleaded that we would love to have her...so now she is a delightful part of our family! Opps....I'm a Cat Burglar!
I have updated her info a bit as she has now been with us for over four years. She is a total delight. A silly girl with a great sense of humor and lots of love. Her life is very busy keeping track of her two humans. She runs nearly the whole day. I wish I had an ounce of her ambition! She is a comedian and keeps me laughing! I am so glad we included this little girl as part of our family.
The funny part about this whole thing is, Mr. Daddy, is a cat hater. but, for some reason, this little girl has attached herself to his heart as much as she attaches herself to his leg with her little head butts.
Everyone that comes in this house is fascinated with her. She's just that kind of cat. They need to touch her marble-like fur and many wonder if I cut her missing tail off!!! Nope, didn't do that, she is a Manx. And if all Manx cats are like her, I wish I'd have had a dozen in my lifetime!!!
Bio:
Manx cats have assorted types of tails. Some have a small one, some are curled, some have none. They have a little tuft of hair to fancy things up a bit. Ususally, their back legs are longer, somewhat like a rabbits. Dancer certainly has that trait and when I watch her attack something...ususally her sister...sometimes she does a bunny hop!
She's a cutie, for sure. I don't know if it's a Manx trait for them to lay on their backs a lot, but, Dancer sure does it a lot. Maybe she just knows how darn cute it is. Works for me. She gives me a lot of smiles and comfort.
Sure do love her.
