Girl Human Speaks.
Leave A Comment | 5 people already have Yes, You are doing a awesome job and you need a medal as it is hard and mentally draining. Good on you, I know there will be mean people out there and it's often young kids (or people that haven't grown up) that have nothing better to do with their life. Sometimes I would look at them and feel sorry for them as their lives won't be great they will be miserable. It has to be for them to act like that. Not to mention it's somethng they won't forget. One day they will be in your position in some way or another and it come back to haunt them. If it doesn't haunt them they will still be living their miserable life and it wouldn't have improved. BUT then as you mentioned there are some really lovely people out there, you learn a lot about your neighbourhoon and I think it's such a lovely warm feeling when you know total strangers are behind you trying to help. There really is so many nice people around. I was shocked when I found people had done their own door knocking for me, wow!!! They had food out and called for D every morning. These were people I didn't even know. I did take packets of biscuits around to thank them. But I couldn't believe how nice they were. Hopefully I'm a better person from it too. From the human Karyn Girl Human has been keeping all the names and phone numbers of the people who have called with info/questions etc: so when the time comes I can call and give them all the good news. I like the biscuit Idea but I'm an awful cook. You are so amazing. I'm sorry some people are being mean. I don't understand people. I'm still purring that Mr. Z comes home soon! We know we had somethin' going on with a person who kept takin' signs from one place, mom just kept puttin' up more, but we made ours so they weren't so expensive. Make some signs outta colorful paper put over styrofoam (mom used insulation sheets cut up), the put packing tape all over your poster to make it water resistant. We put some in with wooden stakes, others taped em with packing tape to poles. Mom says look up that trooper - get his badge number (or car number) and call his boss. Not right to be takin' things off private property. My dad says to find him and give him a bag of donuts so he becomes yur friend. When I was missin' the local police had an APB on me - my picture was in their cars an' everything. But local police are nicer than state ones. So glad there are good people helping, that can give new energy, too!! I'm truly sorry for this I hope he comes home safe and sound! |
