From Girl Human.
Thank you friends for all your wonderful thought and gifts.
I have been crying ever since Monday. I miss him greeting me home from work every day. He always had to roll on his back and have me scratch his big fuzzy belly.
I have been placing Lost posters with his cute pictures all around the local area and as far as 10 miles away. Placed pictures on Google, Ebay,Petfinders and a few other sites.
I have had neighbors go to the SPCA for us and the pound every day. I have driven through woods and private posted areas and walked and walked. I call for him every morning and night.
Male Human is beside himself as he always fussed over him and brushed him every day. He has knocked on doors sent photo emails and posted posters at work.
I have taken cards I made up with his photos to work and put them on the lunch tables. They are going to post it on our in house TV at work too.
He has never been away from home except to the vet. He is so friendly we are not sure what happened. I'm sure it is not a wild animal or dog as the other guys are not at all skittish. Even when we get company everyone hides.
I fear he either jumped in a trunk or open car door and was whisked far away from home. He could be locked in a storage area or was kidnapped. My mind has awful thoughts and I only hope and pray that he is dry, warm, full, purring and happy. Our weather has been rainy and cool. Not good weather for a lost little fur baby.
Area vets have also received a lost poster. This weekend when it is not raining I'm going to deliver door to door poster with pictures throughout several surrounding neighborhoods. Male Human wants to put an ad in the 2 local newspapers also.
To top it all off on the 15th my friend who has been fighting cancer for 4 years lost the battle at 8:30 in the morning. What a heart wrenching week it has been.
So my friends thank you so much for all your wonderful thoughts and prayers. All paws are crossed here for our Z's safe return.
