indoors Arrival Story: I went to Gasow Vet Hospital to adopt a cat but the one I wanted was already adopted. I was disappointed but the Vet told me they had a very special kitty in the sick ward. I stepped in to the ward and he chose me. He stuck is paw out to grab me, he was purring and drooling. I knew he would be a lover! Bio: Tripper is an interesting fellow. He has a fetish for plastic bags. I cannot leave any sort of plastic grocery bag or garbage bag around. When he chews on the bag, he is in this state of ecstasy that I have never witnessed before. He can't hear you, the bag must be physically removed from his access. I got him when he was a year old so my theory is that he was a stray and had to chew through plastic bags in a dumpster to get to consumable food. He fears garbage trucks so maybe he had some close calls! **** Tripper had FIV and lived a healthy & happy 14.5 years. Today, October 26, 2009 he crossed over the rainbow bridge. At this very moment Trip is probably chewing on a plastic bag, rolling in catnip, and stretched out in a sunny spot. We loved him very much. There will never be a cat like Trip!
