Arrival Story:
My family was split up when my owner went in a nursing home. She never had any of us fixed and there were up to 40 family members. Everyone was put outside to care for themselves. My Mom (Sally) had 4 kittens. Two were adopted and Mom and one kitten were captured by a neighbor and taken to the SPCA. I was smart and got away from the trap. Alone and lucky enough to sit at the end of the driveway to Calico Junction and when the male human drove up I gave "the tear at your heart strings look" and won his heart, then and there. I was in. I became a member of Calico Junction. I went to the vet and I was in, not the outdoor section, but the indoor (I was good- with that look). I passed the tests at the Vet that I needed to enter. Growing so fast/so big. He was 19 1/2 lbs and dropped to 15 lbs in 2 weeks. I took him to the vet $$$$$ he was diabetic. With such a good subject the shots were a breeze. He is the most easy going cat I ever saw. One thing he does not like are scissors, nothing silver. Stay away. He has his up and down days but he does so well. Check Annie our Spokescats diary.

I like to play with my friend Dora, a bearded dragon. I like to watch her take a bath. Sometimes I have stepped in the tub with her. Her favorite thing is to sit in the greenhouse and watch all the cats outside.
