I needed to write this. I need to say thank you. Our Quest for our Mr.Z has shown us what wonderful people there is throughout the world.. We receive calls and e-mails every day from far and wide. I have mail from people in England telling me to check sites that they think they saw Mr.Z's picture. Today, I had e-mail from Fla. referring us to a shelter with a photo of a cat they thought was him. It's nice to know, there are eyes open all the time looking for him.
It has now over 6 months since Mr. Z has disappeared. We have spent endless hours searching locally plus many many sleepless nights on line searching.
Last weekend a friend of Male Human's went with me to retrieve the signs we had placed throughout the county. The grass was so high we had a hard time finding them. I don't think we got them all. I had many stolen/removed so, I'm not sure of how many were left.
I was glad he went with me. The job was done a lot faster. I didn't have as much time on my own to think of what the removal of the signs represents to me.
I have not given up the Quest. Now it will be more the eyes of people like the person delivering the mail, the food delivery people and 100's of out of school kids, I depend on. I keep in touch with many of them thru our computer. What a wonderful tool computers can be.
I just want everyone to know how much you helped us to get over this hurdle. Your support, kind words and prayers have met so very much to us.
I want to give a special thank you to those who sent money for helping us in our Quest. With you, we were able to enhance our search.
There are so many "Thank You's" to give. I can't begin to reach each of you individually. I could say, thank you a million times and that still would not be enough for how we feel. God Bless each and everyone of you.
I want to give a very special thanks to all of you who posted the lost posters on your pages. You are one terrific group of people and each and every one of you should be so very proud of yourselves and your extreme effort and support you shared with us.
With this, I end my letter with one last VERY BIG "THANK YOU".

Pops told us a story about Ming. She disappeared and Pops thought she was gone after searching for months. Don't you know she was living close by and he found her after over a year.
She never wanted to go outside again.
