Can you imagine my surprise when I went to my bedroom and found another black kitty there????!!!! I was quite shocked, but nonetheless I jumped up on the window perch to say hello. Well, can you believe she HISSED and GROWLED at me? That's no way to say hello!
I later found out that this interloper's name was "Shadow" and she was staying with us for the week cause my parents were cat-sitting. I did not care for this girl at all. First of all she followed MY mommy around all the time. And MY mommy actually picked her up and kissed her and did that baby talk that she usually does to ME! Shadow would wrap her paws around mom's neck and hug her. GRRRRR! And if that weren't bad enough, Shadow then started chasing ME! If I went into MY bedroom she would chase me out and back down the hall!!! She even chased Harry!!
Mom told me she was "declawed" but I don't really know what that means & I wasn't sticking around to find out!
Fortunately Dad took Shadow back to her own home. I'm still being cautious though. Maybe she's gonna sneak back!! Nooooooo!!!
At least MY mommy is all MINE again! :)

Oh my! I would not like another kitty in my house at all! I think I would HISS and GRRRRRRROWL at a strange kitty who dared to come inside my house ~ especially if she tried to take over like that and act like she owned the place. Sheesh. Good thing she went back to where she came from!

One time my mommy brought another kitty into the house for a little while too. I did that sideways kitty dance and curled up my back and puffed out my fur to let her know I wasn't pleased. Good thing the kitty was in another room and didn't stay too long. Glad you have YOUR mommy all to yourself again!
