Arrival Story:
We adopted Pixie & her sister Coco at the same time. Initially we were looking to add 1 more to our family. We wanted to get Julius a playmate. When we went in the cat room at the shelter, Coco came right up to the door and wanted attention. Her markings were quite striking & she seemed to like us petting her through the grating of the enclosed area. Then the nice lady at the shelter told us we could actually go into the enclosed area and play with all the cats. As I sat down in there, out of nowhere came this small little black cat who ran right up to me, jumped in my lap and started purring. Well I was sold on her now too! Then my husband said, why don't we get them both. JOY!

Bio:
Pixie loves her mommy & loves food. She likes to steal (or try to)any food that the humans are having for dinner. She likes to jump on mom back & crawl up on her shoulder. Sometimes this makes mom yelp in pain. But then she settles in & starts purring in her ear. Sometimes when she's feeling really lovey she even licks mom's face & nibbles her earlobe.
