Hey evrybuddy, Skeezix heer.
As you know, St Patrick’s Day is less than 2 weeks away, so thare’s no time like NOW to pik out yer best owtfit and dekerate yer Catster profile for the holiday.
For this week’s Thursday 13, I asked veteran St Pat’s Day sellubrants Louis O’LeBeau and Ethan O’GreenEyes for tips on the waring of the green. Sinse St Patrick’s Day is also Louis’ berthday, you can bet he won’t let the day go by without sellubrating! Here are 13 sugjestions from the green-eyed duo:
Louis offered the following rekummendations:
“If you’re a cat who likes hats, the Cat in the Hat look will rock your world:”
“If you don’t have a lot of moneys and need to stretch your fashion budget, a nice green winter cap can do double duty, and you can wear it all winter long!”
“The only rule is it has to have green on it:”
“Or, you can go Hollywood with a pair of shamrock shades:”
“Those of us who are secure in our mancatliness can also pull off softer looks, like this nice flirty collar in emerald green and white:”
“Then there’s the ascot. When mancats wear it, it’s called an ascot, and when girlcats wear it, it’s called a scarf:”
“I really like bow ties the best, though. You just can’t go wrong with a bow tie:”
Ethan O’Green Eyes sez:
“A green Boa is not only stylish, but is an irresistible playtoy as well (although Louis would have you believe that nothing beats a Mickey D’s fork)!*”
“A big festive bow with clovers on it makes a bold fashion statement:”
“If big is not your style, a simple shamrock collar might be just the ticket – both me and Louis have one:”
“Of course, if you have green eyes like us, you don’t have to wear any green at all!”
Thanks, guys, fur this informutive advice. We’ll drop by on the 17th to hoist a pint of mother’s milk with you!
* Don’t play unsupervised, cuz fethers prezent a choking hazerd.
