will fixing my 4.5 year old boy Ninja stop him from spraying everything?

Ninja is a 4 almost 5 y/o male and always has been an outdoor cat and has never been fixed. despite that he has always been very cuddly and affectionate and he loves following me everywhere and I'd love to spend more time with him indoors but he sprays everything!! even though all of our other cats are fixed. is there any chance he would stop spraying if he were to be fixed?

YES! Get him fixed! He'll be more inclined to stay indoors and he'll stop feeling the need to mark territory incessantly. It'll take a couple of weeks for all of the testosterone to leave his system, so his urine will still stink to high heaven, but for the love of God, get him fixed.
