You need to take her to a vet so they can do an exam and confirm what is going on. It could be an inner ear infection which messes up you balance and can cause a head tilt and inability to walk in a straight line. If that's what it is the vet should be able to treat her with antibiotics. If it's not that they will check for neurological (nervous system) issues and any hidden injuries. These are serious but more unlikely. Make sure to take her to a vet ASAP as if an inner ear infection is left untreated it can cause permanent damage and balance issues. It shouldn't be too expensive as you'll just need a vet exam plus antibiotics but if money is tight you can ask your vet about paying in installments or getting Care Credit.
