Why does my male cat try to attack my new female kitten & go for her throat???
I rescued a cat a few months ago, his age is approx. 6-12 months (Pepper). He is not neutered... yet. A few weeks ago, I rescued a female kitten (Bella) & she is almost 8 weeks old now. I have to keep them seperated because every time they get together my male cat attacks the kitten and goes for her throat. Is this normal? Do I need to get rid of one of the cats? What do I need to do?
