Remember that this is a site for cat lovers who want to share information, but unfortunately, we cannot diagnose and/or suggest treatment for your kitten. If we were a vet, we'd have to see him, possibly x-ray him, do tests, examine him, etc. We can do none of those things over a computer. Something is not right. What's for sure is that he is not feeling well. He could have a hernia that needs fixing. This can happen in kittens. It doesn't go away and can become infected and be fatal. If you don't have a vet, now is the time to find one for him. If you can't afford it, perhaps someone who was going to give you a holiday gift might be able to contribute to your kitten's vet care instead.
