			<p>There is a condition called &quot;pica&quot; which humans can have as well, that causes the ingesting of non-food items. However, it's not that common. Chances are your cat is 1)bored, 2) hungry or 3) going for whatever is stuck in the web. Even the fake Halloween webs have those plastic spiders in them. Suggestion would be to keep them away from him and supervise him so he doesn't make a habit out of eating things he shouldn't, which could get very expensive vet-wise. A natural cobweb won't hurt him as long as it hasn't been sprayed with insecticide. <br /><br />
