Where do I obtain an "adoption certificate" for "Buttercup", the stuffed cat I just purchased as a gift??
I just purchased, "Buttercup", a stuffed cat & it says on the tag that I can obtain an adoption certificate for her. She is a Christmas gift. Please advise. thank you

A stuffed animal, like plush or an actual cat that was once alive and now dead that has been stuffed?
