If available in your area, Blue Buffalo has a sensitive stomach formula that has worked very well with all of us.

Do you know that you need to gradually switch to a different food over the course of a week? Also, switch one thing at a time- either wet or dry, because if something is making them sick, you need to know exactly what it is. Natural Choice and MaxCat make 100% guaranteed kitten foods that are gentle, but when you take your kittens to the vet you should ask when they're getting their next set of shots. Some medicines make their poop watery and can cause vomiting. Good luck and no treats either, they're too young if under 6 months of age!! ^_^

The other posters give good and helpful advice. You may want to try putting them on a grain free diet. Make sure you are feeding them kitten food only until they are six (6) months old. Otherwise, they will have stomach problems. Also, do not give them any milk. Kittens and cats, just like people, sometimes cannot digest milk. Always provide plenty of fresh water and see what happens. If the problem still exists, a trip to the vet will be necessary. Good luck with your kitties.
